Offline downloads not working

Why are my downloaded songs not available offline (using an android) !? Tried clearing data and cache and tried reinstalling the app...still not working and it's eating up my data 😑

Can you let us know the Android and Spotify version you're rocking? Also, are you getting any specific error messages when you're trying to play these tracks?

In the meantime, follow these steps:

Log in to your account page and click Offline devices in the menu on the left.
Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES.
Reinstall the app. Here's how.
Save your offline tracks again.

If possible, we'd recommend saving your offline music using WiFi connection instead of cellular data.
