I have previously had spotify and have just upgrade my phone with Vodafone to include premium. The app is in cloud form in the App Store. When clicked the circle goes round and I get a grey box where the spotify icon should be on my screen but I then keep getting a box saying it's unable to download and do I want to retry. I have tried retrying lots!! I have deleted and reinstalled. I have tried logging out of the App Store. I have logged out of all other devices (via website). I have done hard resets.<BR />Any suggestions?
