Hello all spotify users. I'm an android user and i've got a big problem. As you can see the image down below my spotify equalizer is trash. I don't know why, i can't pick bass boost etc. Is there a way to fix this problem? Because i really hate the way it looks.

Hello.

First of all, that is Samsung's SoundAlive equalizer. Spotify doesn't include an equaliser but uses the one on your device. If some of the controls don't work, it could be they're disabled because you're not listening through earphones or are playing spotify through a connect hardware device?

With headphones without headphones it doesn't matter, it's always same. I opened everything that sound alive has, but it didn't work.

Does it work with other music players? If not, you need to take it up with Samsung support.

Yeah i think that. 2 weeks later i'm going to give my phone to technical support becuase it has problems. We'll see.
