Dear all,

I have the above mentioned error message on my galaxy 7. unfortunately no error code.

It seems to appear soon after the "sleeping" mode is is taken out ........ I cannot see what could be wrong.

Can you let us know the Spotify and Android version you're using? Also, did this start happening after a recent update?

In the meantime, please try reinstalling the app. Here's how. You can also try restarting your device removing the battery.

thanks for your feedback.

I checked for an update under my "playstore" but there was no update avaliable. Vers 8.4.4.810 armV7 I have currently on the mobile.

I have noticed though that this seems to happen when I don't close spotify "correctly".

I have to close it on my Samsaung Galaxy 7 with the feature "open apps".... if you know what I mean. After that and unlocking my locked screen the "failure message does not appear". I have an eye on it.
