Spotify deleted my playlists

Hi,

My spotify account was glitching and not letting me login. I had to reinstall the app and all my playlists have disappeared. I have tried to recover them but they are saying i have't deleted any, which I hadn't.

Does anyone have any idea where I can find these now as I had some music i LOVED on those!?

It seems that you may have a second account. Fret not, this happens more often than you might think, and we’ve even got a handy flow-chart to help you solve this conundrum.
