[Android] Spotify randomly pauses Samsung S8+

I know this is a somewhat recurring problem from what I've seen in the forum thus far in my research, but my player randomly pauses during playback. It's most noticeable when connected via Bluetooth in my vehicle or to an outdoor speaker, but in testing, it also happens when connected hardwire to the audio jack and when playing using the phone speaker. It also seems consistently random (Ha!) when playing streaming music and offline content.

I've done the steps posted in previous threads in regard to clean uninstall/reinstall. I've shut down all battery power saving and app monitoring. I'm kind of at a loss to what to try next...I'll take any suggestions!
