Downloaded content is tied to the device it was downloaded to and can't be transferred between devices because of the copyright protection. So yes, you will have to download music each time you change your mobile.

Dear costumer service,

The offline songs are stored under com.spotify.music/files/...

I copied it to my new device, installed and logged in to spotify on my new device but no offline sogns are shown.

I'm a pro user, so why i have to download the songs every time i change my phone. Is there any possibility to get it done?
