Sorry for my english but i'm italian....
I have the premium mode for my samsung galaxy s7 but i can't download my playlist or any playlist or song
I have disintall the appltication
I clear the chace
I DON'T KNOW HOW I CAN DOWNLOAD AND I'M ANGRY BECAUSE I NEED HELP AND THERE ISN'T A SUPPORT-MAN FOR THE PREMIUM I PAY 10 EURO AT MONTHS AND I CAN'T USE OFFLINE

Hey @Matti000, welcome to the community!

Being unable to use your Spotify offline isn't fun, but we'll help you work this out.

To download your music and use it in Offline Mode, make sure you're following this guide.

Once the playlists are downloaded, they should show a green arrow pointing down. You'll then be able to listen to them even without an internet connection.
