Disappearing downloads

Hey everyone,
I've been having an issue with my downloaded songs disappearing from my device storage, meaning I have to redownload them all over again. At first I thought it was me being reckless with the button, but it seems to be happening every couple of days now when I've never had this issue in the past. I know it's not a big deal, but I'm on a metered WiFi connection with poor service to stream away from home, my app primarily being offline for me to listen to music, was curious if there's an issue or if I just really need to watch my clumsy fingers.

Could you let us know your device, operating system, and version of Spotify?

Also, can you check the below steps for us?:

- Are you reaching the offline limit?

- Do you have any battery or power saving modes enabled in your device's settings which could be interfering with things?

- Do you have any cache-clearing apps downloaded which could be interfering with things?

Also, do you have duplicate offline devices showing here? If so, can you try clicking 'Remove All', and then re-downloading your offline songs? Let us know if that helps.
