No Storage Option

I have external storage SD Card.

Within the settings of Spotify, no storage option appears.

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

Can you go to Settings > Apps > Spotify > Permissions > and give Spotify "Storage" permission? If that doesn't work, does removing the SD card, reinstalling the app, then reinserting the SD card help?

I got the same problem and i cant get it to work.
I cant remove the Spotify app because Sony included the app in the Xperia XZ so i´m not allowed to remove it (great freedom). You can though remove all data but that wont help. Spotify got storage permission but the option wont show up. What can i do? The app probably don't check the permissions again after it already asked so i´m stuck.

Why aren't there a advanced option for things like this?

Most people don't care to save to sd card but some do...
