Hey all. I don't usually write in the help sections but I've been going through some issues that have apparently been a problem for many years. I've been using spotify premium for about a year now and I can say that it has served me well.

Anyway.
I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S7 (SM-G930T) that I've had for less than 6 months.
Issues:
1.
Spotify takes an outrageous amount of time to load (if it loads at all). Menus, drop downs, songs, even to open the app itself, it'll take 1-2 minutes of loading and 65% of the time it'll stop loading entirely and display an empty menu or tell me to go online for the menu even though I'm on Wi-Fi and Mobile Data.
2.
My saved playlists will (somehow throughout all times of the day) have to be re-downloaded due to it returning to a non-downloaded state. This occurs literally every time I launch the app.

Tried solutions:
Clean reinstallation. (Uninstalling; deleting and clearing all folders, files, etc.; restarting the phone)
Checking and changing my SD card

Please let me know if there's a patch for this or if this is simply a lost cause at this point.
