Offline mode not working

I have an Samsung Galaxy S5. Using Spotify on Android 6 Marshmallow. Offline mode does not work. Even if I go into settings and turn on offline modus. The songs simply don't start to play without internet turned on.

Could you please post a screen capture showing the track list of one of your downloaded playlists/albums. Do you get any error message when you touch a song to play it?

No error message. Songs I have downloaded for offline mode just doesn't start. Been having this problem for a long time. I try find some alternative to spotify if I cant use it offline anymore 😕

Thanks for the images. I think the first thing to try is a clean reinstall of spotify, following all the steps here. Please let me know if it fixes the problem.

There could be something strange with your account. Best thing will be to contact Spotify direct here and they should be able to check things from their end.
