Store on sd card

I would like to move the app to my SD card, which has more than enough storage, but that option doesn't seem to be available, even though I can do it with other apps. Alternatively, I would like to store downloaded music on the SD card, but I couldn't find a way to do that either. Please help me!

Hi. The app can't be moved to SD card but you should have an option to store the cache on your SD card. Could you please confirm details of your device, android version and spotify version if the option doesn't appear in settings?

Hi, I'm using a Moto g4 plus running on Android 7.0, and the Spotify
version 8.4.9.271 armV7

Thanks. Is your SD card formatted as internal or portable storage? The storage option doesn't appear if it's formatted as internal. See this for a fuller explanation.
