Had to reset password last night and all my playlists have disappeared!! I have renewed my premium subscription and message states that it will automatically renew on 24/08/17. I am now able to download music but my playlists have not come back. I only have 1 email address and password. Can anyone help me please to retrieve my playlists which were on my mobile last night although I could not play tracks. It was after I reset my password they then had disappeared when I went back into my Spotify phone on my Sony Xperia mobile.
