I have a 64 SanDisk plus ultra installed on a Moto x running Android 6.0 that was using offline play in Spotify. Card suddenly disappeared in every way on phone and in apps. Was able to back up personal files to computer but NO method of formatting will work. Cmd showed me that the corruption is in fact a file in spotify's offline music cache.

I would rather have Groove back! Have to switch so I can get my music moved to Spotify. I kid you not...after signing up for premium and downloading my playlists, I get multiple notifications that the SD card is corrup!
