Trouble Connecting on Wifi

Hello! I am running Spotify on my Android device (OnePlus 3) and I am using Lollipop. Over the last few days, I have been unable to connect to Spotify through WiFi on my phone. When I connect to WiFi, Spotify gives me an error saying there is 'No Internet Connection'.

I have tried to log out and reinstall Spotify, but continue to get this error. I am also able to use Spotify just fine on mobile data and on my laptop.

Any ideas on how I could fix this? Thanks!

A google search shows lots of reported wifi problems with Oneplus phones. Are you able to disable IPv6 in your router settings or try using a different wifi?

Hi Joe, I have tried to use Spotify on multiple Wifi connections and faced this issue.

I am not sure what you mean by disabling the IPv6? Would this be on the physical router or through my phone? I can't seem to find directions for this online.

It may be an option on your wireless router (not all routers have this option). From what I found, it seems to fix wifi issues on Oneplus mobiles.
