I also have an Android phone and am also not seeing any Spotify Code features within my app anywhere. After a lot of back and forth with the support person ( they asked about app version, asked me to reinstall, asked for screenshots) the answer they left me with was: Spotify tries out new features on certain users, but not everyone. So they may still roll it out to everyone, but apparantly it's not rolled out to everyone now. I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 (gt-i9505) with the app updated to the latest version but there is neither the camera icon on search bar nor these qr-codes in the songs menu.
