Can't edit/access playlist

I'm having trouble with certain aspects of my account. For example, my playlists show as being authored "by spotify" instead of by me. Also, I can't edit my playlists (add/remove songs). When I choose a song that I want to add, the only option I have is "new Playlist" as if I don't have any existing. I double checked and ensured that I am indeed logged in; it is as if I'm viewing my playlists from the outside and I have no control over them.

Here are some screenshots of what I see when attempting to edit my playlists. Options for adding and removing songs that I used to have are no longer there.

I'm having the same problem, made a playlist, shared with a friend, now it's "by spotify" instead of me and i can't add songs to it anymore
