      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Spotify appears to have stopped recognising marantz c611 hif i streamer,&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;unit will still play internet radio though so is on Wi-Fi network. Spotify still appears on Yamaha hifi.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks if any tips.Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This also is the case for me on my Denon reciever. Old phone without Spotify update works fine, all phones with updated Spotify can't connect.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Simillar problem with my setup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PC: Windows 10 and spotify (both updated)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Receiver: Denon X1100W (updated, firmware version: 1600-1581-4085)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Network: same private network, PC connected via WiFi, Denon cable LAN&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Denon spotify works fine with iPhone app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PC spotifie recognizes Denon Spotify Connect &amp;nbsp;feature, but fails to connect (see attached screenshots)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi, again,&lt;BR /&gt;I was advised by Marantz to re-set the system according to their&lt;BR /&gt;instructions. However, this didn't appear to be a permanent solution; at&lt;BR /&gt;least, not for my cr611.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I finally just unplugged the cable from the wall, plugged it back in and&lt;BR /&gt;used the remote to go into settings to set up the wi fi again &amp;amp; re-entered&lt;BR /&gt;my password [it wipes all tuner presets etc] - it's under 'network' I&lt;BR /&gt;think. After that Spotify recognised my unit.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I should say this was for a c6ll, so it might not be the answer for other&lt;BR /&gt;units - but might be worth a try? Apologies if you've already tried this.&lt;BR /&gt;In that case I've found Marantz to be very helpful. There are some&lt;BR /&gt;instructions on their website [under 'support'] for specific Spotify&lt;BR /&gt;problems.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;best wishes&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
