No internet connection Android Premium with internet

Since I have Spotify premium I have issues with internet connection.
I can listen 1 time on spotify after that it says: no internet connection even though I have.
Tried reinstalling several times without result.
pleas help

hi there,

have you tried to go onto the app settings and going off 'offline mode' if you have and still have issues perhaps try another internet connection and see if the problem persists. i.e. using data or using public wifi or at a friends house.

yeah dont have it turned on, also does not work at other wifi

hi again, by the sounds of the situation is sounds as if the issue may be the phone itself..perhaps try logging in on a friends phone and if it works then you are sure to know that it may be the phone
