    <description>&lt;P&gt;How the hell does Spotify build a dedicated tricked out house for music before fixing their crapp-tastic app?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't get me wrong, spotify has the fastest loading music and fastest login in any app i've seen, but **bleep**, its like they could do so much better like not having the annoying album pop up everytime you select a song. &amp;nbsp;or the constant crashing whenever i Star a song, or an easy way to create a new playlist.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I mean c'mon spotify wtf?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i've heard so much BS from customer support like "try reinstalling the app" or "try logging out and logging back in" or "try creating a new password" &amp;nbsp;what about "try coding and updating your shirry app". &amp;nbsp;Why do I have to "try" to do all these when its obvious that the service you rely on best for your income is your paid subscribers who you are completely neglecting.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
