Saved music is gone

I went to shuffle play my saved songs today, and was met with a "your saved songs go here" message. I'm on a Galaxy J7 that I got about two weeks ago, but have been able to see and play my saved songs on this phone before. Everything seems normal on my desktop. I'm not sure what's going on, or what I should do about this.

Update: the issue resolved itself once I turned off/turned on my phone. Cheers!

I might be having the same problem in a different way. When I have saved a fair few songs, I download them, by going to Your Library>Songs> and then I turn the download button on. But the phone then appears to download my whole library again, including all the songs that were downloaded before. Am I doing something wrong? It's a Samsung
