Hi All,

Have a Galaxy S6 running Android 6.0.1 and have recently been experiencing problems downloading tracks for offline listening. At best I can get it download about a dozen tracks and then it stalls. Currently I'm well below the 3,333 cap for offline tracks (0 downloaded at present), and have over 20 gigs of storage left, so I'm at a loss for what the problem might be.

Here's what I've tried, in no particular order.

1. Have un-/reinstalled the app multiple times.

2. Toggled storage permissions on and off.

3. Restarted the phone.

4. Cleared cache.

5. Restarted the wireless router.
