During middle of a song in playlist web player message pops up, stops current song and play list and starts an unwanted random playlist. It also adds the unwanted playlist to following.

Thanks. Follow these steps in case someone else has access to your account. If you still have problems, contact spotify here and they'll help.

Change your password from your account page. Make sure to use a unique password and not one you use on other sites/services.
Once you've done that, click the "Sign out everywhere" button on your account page.
Log back in with the new password and everything should be back to normal.
