Download does not work over wi-fi - only over cellular

Hi all.

Really annoying problem on my android Pixel running android 8.0.0

It won't download using WiFi. If I select a playlist to download, it starts trying to download via wifi but never gets anywhere/starts. Then if I turn on the option to 'download via cellular' it starts downloading but I can see that it's pulling the tracks through my mobile data connection as I see my data ticking up if I go to mobile data settings.

The WiFi is my home WiFi plan, I can download video on other apps / watch YouTube / post this so the issue doesn't lie there.

Ive uninstalled/reinstalled Spotify twice - no luck there. Any thoughts?

(The '3' downloaded tracks in screenshot were the cellular downloads)

Figured it out. Something odd happened with offline devices. Cleared all devices on the online portal and it started working.
