Spotify not loading

Hi guy's the Spotify app isn't loading the pages on my s8+ when I'm connected via the Wi-Fi although my computer on the same network is fine. When I switch to 3g it works fine. What do you think the problem could be?

That doesn't sound quite right.
Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

Yes I have several times.nothing works.although I have found out that starting the music download with 3g and then switching to wifi it still continues to download without any probl3m but when i change pages it says no connection

1. Exact Device (e.g. Samsung Galaxy 4)

2. Exact operating system (e.g. 4.4.2)

3. Spotify app version installed (2.0.0)

4. About how many playlists do you have?
