Some of my music doesnt download, and the main issue is, I cant get certain songs to play. Some songs cannot be put into queue at all it just states "this content cannot be put in queue". I want this to work well, but my attempts at fixing it myself have been futile. I have restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, and even downloaded the music. There seems to be a recent issue with music from many popular artists being unplayable so it may be this which is affecting you.
