    <description>&lt;P&gt;A couple of months ago I found out that I had been hacked and someone had deleted my playlists and added their own, to my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I deleted them and recovered my old lists.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ever since then, despite adding new songs to my playlists, the new songs do not appear when I am offline. This is extremely annoying.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't seem to be able to contact Spotify direct so am looking for some help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Premium Family account with three users and we are well below the 3333 song limit, over all devices.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have 4+GB free space on my phone, so there isn't an issue there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
