Audio Stops and App Freezes when Playing Specific Song

Every time I play Pixel Empire by Madeon, about 1 minute and 25 seconds into the song, the audio stops, but the bar keeps moving. The controls do nothing, the app becomes very hard to use, and most of the UI becomes invisible; for example, the list of songs would disappear. When I close the app and reopen it, all that I can see is the dark gray background with the slightly lighter gray bar at the top until it loads about a minute later (screenshot provided). It takes several times of closing the app and reopening it before I can get it to work again. Without closing the app, it will begin working again after a minute or so and I'm able to play the song all the way through without any issues. When I first downloaded the album, there were no issues, but about 2 months ago was when I started experiencing this problem. I have tried having the album not available offline, but even when I stream the song, I still have this problem.
