Strorage options missing

After updating, my storage options are gone. I used to be able to go into Library/settings and at the bottom choose the option to store the music on my external SD card so it wouldn't take up all the phones space. There is only a delete cache setting now.

Device make and model
Android version
Spotify version
Screen capture showing your SD card in android settings/storage

Hey is there any update on this?

I have two phones with the same issue my old MotoG5 Plus and my new S8, both have android 7.0 and the S8 has the Samsung Experience 8.1

I don't have (yet) any remapping app for the bixby button btw.

The spotify version is the latest i guess, 8.4.26.770

My sd card is set as Portable Storage has it was in the past (G5).

Android galaxy s7. Usually there is the option under the other section of
spotify where i can choose the storage options. Ive updated both my phone
and spotify. After updating my phone the sd storage option popped up and
when i tried transferring the media to it, it said it wasn't able to
transfer and something was wrong with the card and then the option
disappeared. The sd card was how i was storing the files for a long time
because my phone storage cant hold it all. There is nothing wrong with the
card.
