Problem with Spotify Codes

I tried to share a profile link to a free profile with a QR-Code and also with a spotify code. Some iPhone users have problems to get to the profile. There comes a message like "Can't open the link on this device". On the Windows Phone the link sends me to the browser where I can see the Profile. I have to put the button "Open in Spotify". When I click this, it sends me to the Windows Store, although the Spotify is already installed on my Windows Phone.

Can anyone help??
