Explicit Filter

Hi,

I have a problem with the explicit filter option on the spotify app. I turned the option on but now I want to disable it. Apparently to do that you need the TOUCH ID on my apple device. Mine is broken. Like the button is broken and the TOUCH ID is not working. I don't plan on fixing the button soon but I would like to turn the explicit filter off so that I can keep listen to my favourite explicit music and potcasts. Is there anyway you could help me with that or nah?

Hey @pd7nbhf6-e_, welcome to the Community.

That is strange. I have tried it just for fun and it asked to confirm with TouchID only whn turning it on not off.
I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstallation of the app. Just follow the steps here.

This is just a possibility, but could you try turning off the explicit filter on a computer if possible? Maybe it will reset for the whole account if you do this, bypassing the necessity for Touch ID on your iPhone.
