(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

My Question or IssueI am having trouble with playing songs.I only get about 15 seconds and then it stops this is happening when playing from within the app but only on my iphone. no ptroblem on pc desktop or ipad. I have connection to wifi when it happens .I hsave tried all the standard suggestions like resetting the phone and reinstsalling the appewith mno improvement. yes I did unimnstall first.any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks

Let's try using a different internet connection to see if the same happens. Also, let us know if you're using headphones or the phone's speaker when it pauses.
