Need Help- Error 412 after re-installing

Hi- I recently decided to deactivate my facebook account temporarily. Since then I have had no luck logging on to spotify. I am a premium user, and love spotify, and use it all the time. I tried re-activating my facebook account, but still have had no luck with spotify. Ideally, I would like to have a log-in just for spotify, so I can continue to keep my facebook page deactivated. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. THanks

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Once you have re-activated your Facebook account your Spotify "should" start working again, although experience has shown it can take a while to be able to log in again.

There is currently no way to seperate your Spotify login from your Facebook one if that is how you registered. If you want to have a non-Facebook account, you will need to create one from the signup page (hopefully you will be able to see the create using email address button, if not, try a different browser).

If you have any playlists or a subscription you would like transferred, then you will need to get in touch with customer services using the online contact form.
