Local Files Not Syncing/Unlimited Data Issue

I haven't had any problems syncing local files until I recently got a new computer. I've worked with Spotify Help on this a bit but I'm backed into a corner. Spotify Support was great until they asked me to try to connect to my computer using a hotspot. I have AT&T unlimited data so I don't have access to using a hotspot. It's going to cost me $30/month to add said hotspot and to be honest I'd rather not have to add that to an already expensive bill. I also don't have access to any other computer. Is there anything else I can do to sync these local files?

Hey @PinkPalmTrees, welcome to the Community.

Hope you are doing great!

Please try to create another account on your PC and install Spotify there. Try to sync the songs from there to see if that works.

If possible try signing in with your account to another device with similar specs.

Also, try to use another network connection 🙂
