My Question or Issue

I have a playlist that I downloaded to make available offline, but when I do, the icon that comes up next to the songs is a solid green circle and the playlist doesn't say available offline when the downloading is finished. As a result, it still uses data when I listen to it without wifi. See Image

Hey @13rigeljr, welcome to the community.

Hope you’re doing great!

Certain carriers allow music freedom, which means you can listen to music without it burning through data.

In this case, I would follow these steps:

Reboot the device
If that doesn’t help, uninstall then reinstall the device
If both above didn’t help, I would contact your carrier for more infomation regarding data
