spotify will not play offline on iphone x

My Question or Issue

I usually turn off the data for Spotify because it uses too much data when I am on the road. However, two days ago the offline mode stopped working. I have tried to restart the phone, reinstalled the app...etc. Nothing worked. Now my Spotify just has songs/ playlists downloaded but refuses to play unless I turn off the offline mode. Does anyone have any possible solutions?

Hey!

You have to download the songs before you can listen to them without internet. Hope that helps.

Hey @1281110740, welcome to the Community.

Hope you are doing great!

When your app is offline you can only play songs you already have downloaded, you can't browse anything else without being connected 🙂
