Bad streaming

I've been having a really bad streaming service lately. I have a premium account and everytime I am in my car, it sounds as if I am playing a really scratched cd...

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes! It happens only when I use my iPhone.

Okay, could you try streaming music on another device to see if that makes a difference? If that doesn’t help, try a quick reinstall of the app following these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Hi. I’m facing the same bad streaming as well. I heard scratching kind of sound while playing the song.

I’m in a premium account. Tried redownloading this app on my iPhone and redownload all songs in high quality. However this bad streaming still happens.

Nonetheless, I do notice that this bad streaming condition doesn’t happen to all songs but only specific songs.

Some examples of the songs that I had encounter this problem with are as listed:

1. Last dance - Big Bang

2. Spring day - BTS
