Not Able to Download Local Files

Hello! I am an Premium Member using an iPhone SE with a Windows 10 laptop! I want to download local files but I have not been able to. I have tried all of the following solutions:

Turning off Firewall
Allowing Spotify through Firewall
Going offline and online
Uninstalling Spotify on Desktop

I really want to listen to some Beyonce and Acid Rap, so this would really be helpful! Thanks!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
