&lt;P&gt;In the subject of your post it says "No use of mobile network" - does this mean that you do not have access to a mobile network, or that you are on a mobile network but that Spotify doesn't work?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it's the latter, could you try streaming on a WiFi network and seeing if it works then?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, do you get any error message? If so, could you send us a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end when you try to listen to music?&lt;/P&gt;

It is quite annoying!!! Don't tell me about "uninstall", "logoff", "restart" and stuff like that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why isn't it possibly to create a ONE PAGER for that issue where everthing is clarified? Point 1, 2, 3 - do this, do that, and everything works. &lt;STRONG&gt;Really&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;annoying&lt;/STRONG&gt;!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
