App crashes and each time restarts it plays the same song every single time.

My iPhone App crashes and each time I open the app again, it then restarts and plays one particular song every single time this issue occurs. It doesn’t play the song I was recently listening too. Or if I close the app and open it back up, it doesn’t go back to the song I last listened to, it plays that one particular song. All my music is downloaded. It’s been doing this for maybe 3-4 months now. Maybe longer.
