Shuffle not turning off

My Question or Issue

Shuffle isnt turning off at all there is no way to even toggle no button showing up at all i made the account on a amazon fire 7 and then i got it on my iphone it shows up on my fire but not my iphone and its irritating im a free user as i cannot afford premium and im wondering if it has to do with my account because its only on iphone that it does it androind and computer interface are normal

Hope you're doing great!

Users on the free tier can't play songs on demand like Premium users do.

You only have 15 playlists that you can play shuffle free on mobile 🙂
