Downloaded the iPhone app, but I can't play anything. My playlist is there but says I must be a Premium member to play. The app is useless.

Are you a premium subscriber?

A premium subscription is required to use Spotify on any mobile device (unless you are in the USA, lucky peeps get free mobile radio!).

Just because the application is free does not mean the service is free to use. In fact if you have never used Premium before, you should get 48 hours free the first time you sign into a mobile application.
