My Question or Issue

My friends and i have a shared playlist where we compile our favorites each month. I can't seem to open this month's playlist. I got the link in a text message, which takes me to a web page, when i click 'listen on spotify' it takes me to the page to download page on the app store. When i open the app from there, it just opens the application's home page and i don't have access to the playlist.

Thanks in advance for any info on why this may be happening.

Could you send over the link to the playlist, so that I can take a look on my end? Please also provide this info:

Any screenshots of error messages being shown (Hide sensitive info when posting to the community)
Does this happen on another device
Does this happen using another internet connection
Try reinstalling the app following these steps
