My Spotify keeps freezing

My Question or issue

The app keeps freezing whenever I open it. I tried re downloading it several times but it still freezes. Is there anything I could do to stop this?

In this case, could you try removing your offline devices here? If that doesn't help, please check to see if this happens using another internet connection.

Also, feel free to let me know the software version of the device this is happening on, and the app version.

I would recommend signing out on all devices. It helped me when my Spotify froze up 🤷🏻‍♀️
