Favorite songs not showing in iOS spotify app but are showing in desktop app

So, I found an old post about this same issue that was created over 5 months ago with no resolution, so I'm bringing it back up. Why has this not been fixed yet?

Issue: The iOS spotify app is showing my "Favorite Songs" as empty, however, when I use the desktop app, it shows all of my albums that I have "liked". This is annoying because I can't shuffle all of my songs like I used to. If I want to listen to my music I have to pick and choose an album to listen to and most of the time, if not at all times, I would just choose to shuffle the songs. Please let me know how to fix this.

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps. Try to use the same network on both devices and install the latest updates available 🙂

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!
