Spotify Pausing When I Open Apps

When I am listening to music on spotify it pauses when I open some apps, for example Twitter and Narwhal, I can go back to spotify and play the music again but it just pauses if I reopen the apps.

I have spotify premium and I'm using an iPhone X iOS 12.1.2

We know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps 🙂
