Spotify app won’t work on iphone

My Question or Issue

My Spotify app won’t play music on my iPhone, I have logged our and in, I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and I have check that my phone is up to date. Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? Sorry if this may sound a bit repetitive but if that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app by following these steps.

I'd also recommend updating to iOS 12.1.1 if you haven't already. Do you get any error messages when trying to play music?

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
