Scroll FFW function missing in iOS

My Question or Issue

Why is there no scroll function in the album section in IOS and you have to click on the song playing, open the song page and then be able to scroll or fast forward/rewind a song? I think it would be a great feature to add with a bigger active scroll on the bottom letting you actually fast forward/rewind the song while you are in the album instead of switching between next/previous track on swiping left/right.

Otherwise the service is perfect! Thank you!
