Local Files wont play on IOS spotify

My Question or Issue

I downloaded my playlist to my phone and have some local files that will play but the majority of them wont play, I've gone through a bunch of threads about this issue but no sollutions have fixed it, I've tried removing the songs from the playlist and adding them back, which worked for a few songs, It shows that my files are downloaded but when I try to play them nothing happens

It seems like there's something blocking your files from getting synced.

What i'd suggest is having both devices logged on to the same network, have you firewall turned off and try syncing them again.

Note: Have the firewall turned off even if Spotify is listed under expetions.

I tried this, I can't get the files to show up on my phone at all now
